From our first appointment where you attended on time and well prepared and willing to listen to what we wanted I was hopeful, despite the challenges we both knew would be faced.     

The quote received was detailed and easy to understand and allowed for easy discussion and adjustments before the final contract was signed. You gave us a starting date and were well planned and did start on time and then everything ran extremely well from there.   

The issues with concealed damage and such you faced along the way you handled professionally and importantly also fairly and were also very accommodating with extras we wanted to add as certain stages were reached. 

I was extremely happy with the communication (despite me being away almost the whole time of the renovation) and in particular with the consistent and constant work activity at the site so it was clear that progress was always happening.
